Sumatra Single Origin Whole Bean Coffee

This is an intense and luxurious dark roast that I like to finely grind for my espresso machine. The beans are very bold without being burnt. Smooth buttery shots of dark dark dark coffee with a thick syrupy tiger-stripe crema and an intoxicating chocolate aroma. The flavor is deep but balanced, nutty with big cocoa notes and a full body that can be enjoyed by itself but also pairs well with the slight sweetness of steamed milk to accentuate to mocha flavor. Writing this review is making me want to brew another cup!

I've been on the lookout for a signature set of coffee beans that can make the perfect cup of coffee when I'm in a rush during the work week or when I take the time to use my French press to make cold brew on the weekends. Needless to say, I think I've found it. Yas Queen Beans' Sumatra Single Origin coffee beans come fresh and offer a unique bold, smoky depth of flavor that I can no longer imagine my morning coffee without. I highly recommend this queer-owned product for its high-quality and versatility.

I love the sleigh all day but I do prefer something dark and bold and Sumatra was a perfect match for what my palate was looking for. I am so glad I ordered 2 bags. Thanks Yas can't wait to see what comes next
