The Weekly Royal Roasting Ritual
Every week, from Monday to Wednesday, our devoted artisans curate and roast small batches of coffee, using their senses of sight, sound, and smell to achieve the perfect profile. This isn't your average, computerized process; this is an art form, a performance of passion carried out by human hands, guided by experience and a deep love for the bean.
To ensure a front-row seat to the first batch of the week, place your orders by noon Eastern time on Sunday. Orders placed Monday-Friday will likely begin their sensual roasting dance the following week.

On Thursdays and Fridays, our fabulous team whirls into action, packing and sorting with grace, diligence, and a sprinkle of fabulousness, ensuring every order is handled with the utmost care.
